HydraBytes provides custom IT services. Because our work involves significant time and resources dedicated specifically to each client, our refund policy reflects the nature of custom service delivery.
If you cancel your project before any work has started, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid, minus any payment processing fees charged by the payment provider.
